The last year has been a challenging time for all, COVID-19 has affected how all of us live and work and Immediate Live takes its responsibilities very seriously when dealing with this disease. That said, we are also keen to get back to doing what we do best – in the safest and most secure way possible.

Our commitment to clients, suppliers and visitors, is to create truly memorable events and we place the utmost importance on the safety and wellbeing of them all.
We are prepared
The past year has given us the time to focus on how best to return to events while still facing restrictions. Minimising the risk of transmission is at the forefront of all planning undertaken and we remain heavily involved with the member associations, including AEO, AEV, EIF and ESSA to be as agile and relevant as possible.
We are open for business
We have implemented a range of health and safety measures that seek to reduce the risk associated with COVID–19 that are in line with Government advice, the requirements of local health authorities and industry best practise.
