KEEPING YOU SAFE
With restrictions easing, we are looking forward to welcoming you back to our events.
We understand that there will be a number of concerns regarding safety this year and we’d like to reassure you that we are working very hard to create safe and welcoming environments for all. We want you to have a great day out, enjoying your visit with confidence in the knowledge that we have the safety of our visitors, exhibitors and staff as our highest priority.
We will be following all government guidelines and legislation to ensure that our events are as safe as possible, and our events will only proceed if it is deemed safe by the government and the Chief Medical Officer – with the necessary and required COVID-19 safety protocols in place.
We will continually review and update our approach in line with government guidance.
Are events going ahead in 2021
We are confident that all planned events for 2021 will now go ahead, however the schedule will constantly be reviewed and events will only proceed if the prevailing situation in the UK is deemed safe by the government’s Chief Medical Officer and all necessary safety protocols are in place at the event.
I don’t feel safe attending an event I have booked for in 2021, can I get a refund?
Our events will only take place in 2021 if the prevailing situation in the UK is deemed safe by the government’s Chief Medical Officer and all necessary safety protocols are in place at the event.
If we have to postpone or cancel an event you will be entitled to a refund or to transfer your ticket to a future event if you choose. Until then, as per ticket terms and conditions, we’re currently unable to offer refunds other than for cancellation or significant alteration of our events.
What happens if an event I have booked for is unable to take place in 2021?
Ticket holders will have the option to roll over their tickets to 2022, or receive a full refund.
