We are excited to announce that we are changing our trading name and corporate identity from Upper Street Events & River Street Events, to Immediate Live.
The acquisition of River Street Events and Upper Street Events by Immediate Media in 2019, has brought together over 40 years of specialist event experience with a world-class producer of magazines and digital platforms. Immediate Live is the partnership between these three great businesses. Between us we own and operate some of the best-loved brands in the UK, engaging globally over 87 million passionate consumers each month.
This name change will allow us to present ourselves as the UK’s leading organiser of unmissable consumer events. Creating premium, passion-led events and experiences that connect and inspire audiences as they come together to share, learn and participate in their interests.
Our commitment to our customers and partners remains our highest priority. By rebranding ourselves as Immediate Live, we maintain our heritage, expertise and operational excellence in event organisation, combined with specialist sector knowledge to create high quality, valuable content and experiences for our audiences; whilst delivering effective solutions for our exhibitors, sponsors and commercial partners.
Immediate Media’s ownership signifies a new chapter for our event brands, reaffirming our market strength and position and enhancing our ability to offer our consumers world-class content, products, services and experiences.
Further, as part of this exciting company rebranding, Immediate Live will be adopting a new logo that represents our ownership and mission to create unmissable passion-led events and experiences.
Finally, the change of name will not involve any changes to the nature of our business nor will it in any way affect existing commercial relations with customers, partners, suppliers, financial management, contracts, and personnel. As with the change of trading names we will still invoice, make payments and fulfil contractual obligations through the limited companies of either River Street Events Ltd or Upper Street Events Ltd.
