Immediate Media Co, the special interest content and platform company, has announced that its live events businesses, River Street Events and Upper Street Events, have been rebranded as Immediate Live. 

Immediate acquired the businesses in 2019, adding a live events portfolio, across the key sectors of art and design, craft, cycling, food, gardening, gift and travel, to complement its market-leading print and digital brands.
